Learning by Giving's first foray into media started in 2012, when we collaborated with Google and EdX to launch Giving With Purpose, the world’s first massive open online course (MOOC) on effective charitable giving.  The MOOC included exclusive interviews with prominent philanthropists -  Doris and Warren Buffett, journalist Soledad O’Brien, actor Patrick Dempsey, businessmen Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield (“Ben & Jerry”), among others. 

In 2020, we are excited to launch LearnGive Media which will provide our premium LearnGive network students with a series of exclusive videos (LearnGive TV) and audio (LearnGive Podcast) interviews with prominent philanthropists.

The goal of LearnGive Media is to inspire our digital students to give more effectively, by hearing directly from  influential philanthropists about their learning by giving moments.
