Will Charnley is the Associate Director of Systems & Growth at Learning by Giving. Prior to joining the Learning by Giving team, Will spent six years at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay, where he served in several different roles, most recently as the Manager of Program Services.
Will received his BA in History and Community Advocacy & Social Policy from Boston College. He is also currently getting his MBA at Babson College. As an avid fundraiser himself, Will is excited to be part of the team creating the next great wave of philanthropic givers dedicated to social justice.
