Chris Russi is the Founder and CIO of Point-Slope Capital, a quantitative and thesis-driven digital asset fund focused on decentralized protocols and their applications. Prior to Point-Slope Capital, Chris spent over five years in technology investment banking, before transitioning to lead Operations, Growth, and Finance roles in two early-stage startups.
Chris graduated from UC Berkeley and is a proud former student of the first LxG class that was piloted there. A Bay Area native who is passionate about his community, Chris remains active in serving a number of local non-profits that seek to disrupt the cycle of youth poverty, including All Stars Helping Kids where he is an advisor. Adhering to his second passion, Chris also works diligently with organizations in the crypto sector to explore how Bitcoin can serve as a neutral agent to preserve basic human rights and economic freedoms.
